Our Fees

  • Face-to-face, video or telephone therapy sessions provided by qualified psychologists. We tailor our therapy to individual’s needs and work with people from age 5 and beyond.

    Medicare and healthcare rebates are available. Call us, or contact your GP, for more information.

    *Please note that at this point in time, clients looking to book in for EMDR Therapy will not be eligible for Medicare rebate, due to Johnathans provisional registration.

  • Face-to-face therapy sessions provided by qualified psychologists. Family therapy sessions are provided for small to large groups of individuals who may be experiencing family conflict, grief, or separation. With years of family mediation experience, Stephanie is able to support families during difficult periods and transitions.

  • Face-to-face therapy sessions provided by qualified psychologists. To support couples who are experiencing conflict or transitions to respectfully resolve their concerns.

  • We provide support to several EAP referring organisations. Please contact your HR or EAP personal if you are seeking a referral.

  • We offer support to several NDIS Participants across a range of Plan Managers. Please arrange for a Support Co-ordinator to contact us to arrange a service agreement for these sessions. Please note that there will be travel fees charged when meeting a client out of office.

  • If you have cancelled your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your hourly rate will be charged. An appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a full fee.

* Please note that we require confirmation of appointments and send a reminder SMS to each client 48 hours prior to appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee being charged dependant on the fee for the service. *
